With the support of Cevitr, they brought their billing function in-house and overhauled it through intelligent automation. **The Problem: A Manual, Outsourced Process That Delayed Cash Flow** Before the transformation, the company’s billing process was heavily dependent on manual data entry into Oracle. Each invoice required a series of steps before submission. This time-consuming approach often stretched the billing cycle up to 15 days, creating delays in receiving payment. In addition to the long turnaround times, the process was vulnerable to human error. Mismatched data, incorrect invoice amounts, and submission delays were common issues. **The Solution: Intelligent Automation and In-House Ownership** Recognizing the need for a faster, more reliable billing process, the company partnered with Cevitr to bring the process in-house and automate the end-to-end billing lifecycle. By automating these tasks, the company regained full control over the billing process, reduced the billing time to 24 hours, and improved traceability, which has led to improved cashflow.
