Business Development ManagerThe OpportunityThis is a big moment for Cevitr, and an even bigger opportunity for the right person. We’re opening our first US office in Richardson, TX, and you’ll be the very first hire on the ground. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the one out there building relationships with founders, VPs, and C-suite leaders, introducing them to what we do and showing them how automation can transform their operations. But just as important - you’ll be helping shape how we do that in the US.We’ve got a solid playbook that’s worked across the UK and Europe, but the US is a different landscape. We need someone who gets that; who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals in a way that fits this market. You’ll help craft the outreach approach, refine how we talk about our offering, and bring structure to our US sales process. You’ll be writing proposals, attending events, following up with leads, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. This role suits someone who thrives in an agile environment - comfortable testing ideas, iterating quickly, and helping improve the way things are done. That mindset is baked into our culture, and we’re looking for someone who brings it too. You’ll be backed by a collaborative team in the UK and supported locally, but there’s a lot of room here to make your mark.If you’ve been looking for a role where you can build something from the ground up - with ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how a business grows - we’d love to hear from you.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships across the US, primarily with founders, executives, and senior decision-makers. You’ll engage prospects through email, social outreach, phone conversations, and face-to-face meetings - both locally and at industry events. Your work will span the full sales cycle, from first contact through to contract negotiation and account handover. You’ll also collaborate with our internal team to develop compelling proposals and sales materials, ensuring we speak clearly and effectively to each client’s needs. Once clients are on board, you’ll continue to manage and nurture assigned accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact and advisor. Some travel is required in this role. You’ll be expected to attend conferences and client meetings across the country as opportunities arise. In addition, international travel to the UK will be required for onboarding and initial training. You’ll be based in our Richardson, TX office and work closely with both the US and UK teams. We move quickly, stay open to better ways of working, and value people who take initiative to improve systems as they go.If you're structured in your approach, confident in your communication, and motivated to grow something from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:
