The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who already understands the world of B2B technology services, enjoys engaging senior decision-makers, and knows how to build credibility with founders, executives, and leadership teams. You’ll introduce organizations to solutions that solve real operational challenges while helping establish Cevitr as a trusted partner in the US market.
You’ll work with proven delivery teams in the UK, but you’ll also have genuine influence over how we develop our commercial approach in America. From refining messaging and outreach strategies to building relationships that become long-term partnerships, you’ll play a visible role in shaping our success.
This role offers the backing of an established international business alongside the autonomy of a growing US operation. If you’re motivated by opening doors, building relationships, and creating new opportunities in the B2B technology space, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the US, identifying organizations that could benefit from intelligent automation and engaging directly with founders, executives, VPs, and other senior decision-makers. You’ll own the sales process from initial outreach through proposal development, commercial discussions, contract negotiation, and successful handover to our delivery teams.
Success in this role comes from combining structured prospecting with genuine relationship building. You’ll proactively develop your own pipeline through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, conferences, and direct outreach. Rather than simply selling software, you’ll take a consultative approach; understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how automation can deliver measurable business value.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across both our US and UK teams to develop proposals, tailor presentations, and ensure every prospective client receives a professional, coordinated experience. Once clients come on board, you’ll continue managing key accounts, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for future growth.
This is an office-based role in Richardson, Texas, with regular travel throughout the US for client meetings, networking events, and conferences, together with initial travel to the UK for onboarding and training.
If you’re an experienced B2B technology sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building trusted relationships, and helping grow an ambitious business, we’d love to meet you.
